I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was commendable. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also liked that the breakfast was included in the rate and catered to vegetarians like me.
My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

There was space for our 3 couples to meet together for a drink and play cards. We felt we gained excellent value for money when the continental breakfast was taken into account.
We would have preferred to be free of the tv in the public bar space.

The Hotel has nice grounds and two pools for guests; it was very tranquil and peaceful.
The walls between the units were like paper and we were very disturbed by our neighbors who started watching TV at 5 AM one night and other neighbors the next night who had a loud conversation at 11PM (we could literally hear what they were saying, it was just a conversation though). it was definitely worse than we have experienced anywhere before.

This hotel is a great value for money, with excellent prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, with onsite parking and the staff were really nice. The basic amenities and comfortable rooms overlooked a few private home backyards, adding a touch of charm. The facilities, including meals, were excellent value for money.
All was fine.

The location.
Definitely not 4 star. We chose Accor because we have been happy with Accor hotels previously. This hotel was run down (flaking paint, unrenovated bathroom etc), had a very poor continental breakfast, slack housekeeping (wet bathmat replaced every second day), poor toiletries, old towels and extremely noisy air conditioning. We will not be recommending or using Accor again. We took the opportunity to visit some other 4 star hotels during our 5 days in Alice and this hotel just does not rate.

The rooms have a good size
It was very difficult to find a positive aspect of the hotel. The cleaneless of all hotel area is not their strenght as well as the services and attention they provide to their customers. considering the prices they practice and the rating the hotel is classified, i think they are very far to deliver as customer expectation. For sure there are better alternatives in alice Springs for the same price of this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near town and tennis courts, which is handy for sports enthusiasts. Rooms are cozy and staff is friendly, like Elody who provided excellent customer service. Guests can enjoy tasty breakfast and good pricing at the restaurant.
The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement, as there were reports of cockroaches and dirty floors. Some visitors also complained about the need for better bathroom maintenance.
